Important Instructions for SSB Constable GD Sports Quota Candidates

• Only Indian citizens (or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan with permission) are eligible.

• Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of documentation.

• Persons already in Government service must apply through proper channel and submit NOC at documentation stage.

• Falsification of documents or canvassing will lead to disqualification.

• Selected candidates will be governed under New Pension Scheme (NPS).

• Performance of selected sportspersons will be reviewed periodically.

• SSB reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment without any reason.

• PwD candidates are not eligible for this recruitment.

Education Qualification – BE/ B.Tech In Mechnical / Electrical Engineering Form Any Recognized University in India . And 1 Year Experience Required

How to Apply for SSB Constable GD Sports Quota 2026

Applications must be submitted online only through the official SSB Recruitment website www.recruitment.ssb.gov.in. Candidates should follow the instructions carefully while filling Part-I (Details), Part-II (Photo, Signature & Documents upload) and Part-III (Payment)

SSB Constable GD Sports Quota Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in Two Stages:

Stage-I (Priority Candidates - International & National Medal Winners upto 3rd Place):

Constable exam materials

• Documentation

• Checking of Sports Achievements (Marks based on medals/participation)

• Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Detailed Medical Examination (DME)

• Review Medical Examination (RME) if required

Stage-II (Remaining candidates, if vacancies remain unfilled):

• Documentation

• Field Trial / Skill Test (50 marks, minimum 60% qualifying)

• Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Detailed Medical Examination (DME)

• Review Medical Examination (RME)
